Your appointment will be one on one with Dr. Todd Riddle, DC. He has almost 30 years of experience in sports med, chiropractic and human performance. He is currently a member of the sports medicine team for TEAM USA.


Strength & Conditioning

Our strength and conditioning services are second to none in the Houston-area. Directed by certified coaches that have high school, college and professional experience. This service is for athletes looking to achieve higher levels of performance and individualized programs. All levels of athlete qualify for this service. This service does not include sports medicine or pain care.

Matthew McKay, MS, CSCS is a Doctor of Chiropractic candidate at Texas Chiropractic College and a native of Fairfield, Alabama. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Wellness and a Master of Science in Human Performance, both from Jacksonville State University. He later earned a second Master of Science in Athletic Leadership from Clemson University. While serving as a high school strength & conditioning coach, Matthew was also serving as a student athletic trainer at Jacksonville State University. This led to an interning opportunity with professional football, later opening the door for post-graduate experience. His tenure includes stops at Northern Guilford and Page High Schools in Greensboro, NC; Jacksonville State University; Clemson University; the University of North Carolina at Greensboro; and El Paso Community College. He most recently held the role of Associate Director of Sports Performance for a professional arena football team in Atlanta. In addition to sport performance, he worked as a military contractor for strength and conditioning with the U.S. Army’s 1-501 Combat Aviation Brigade at Fort Bliss in El Paso, Texas. Matthew has also taught college-level courses in kinesiology, exercise physiology, strength and conditioning, and general health. He is now offering private, customized strength and conditioning for all levels and ALL sports.

Dr. Todd Riddle is a clinician and professional academic, specializing in chiropractic sports medicine, physical rehabilitation and human performance. He earned his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science, with a concentration in Kinesiotherapy from the University of Toledo, while competing as a two-sport athlete in football and track. Riddle worked for the University of Toledo’s Kinesiotherapy Center providing land and aquatic-based rehabilitation programs for a diverse group of patients. Dr. Riddle harnessed his experience as a competitive athlete and therapist, working extensively in the field of human performance. Dr. Riddle has coached and treated thousands of athletes, ranging from amateur to professional; Olympic medalists, NCAA, NFL, NBA, WNBA, NHL, PGA, LPGA, MiLB, MLB and MMA.

He has worked in sports medicine at the local, national and world-level for sporting events, most notably the Houston Marathon, 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics, 2021 BMW Bobsled/Skeleton World Cup in Germany, 2022 Birmingham World Games, 2022 USA Racquetball United States Open and Team USA gymnastics events. Currently, Dr. Riddle is the team chiropractor for USA Gymnastics Trampoline and Tumbling Team. He has also served as part of the sports medicine team for USA Gymnastics men’s and women’s artistic teams at the US Championships prior to 2024 Paris Olympic Games.

Dr. Riddle is an established faculty member at Texas Chiropractic College where he has served in multiple faculty and leadership roles. Of note, he has been a test writing committee member for the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners for the PHT (physiotherapy) board examination. Currently, he also serves as the Director of Education for Southeast Professional Education Group; consulting in the innovation of new, evidence-informed continuing education courses and also teaching the world-renowned FAKTR course along with the Dynamic Tape biomechanical taping course. He has presented and treated patients on 6 of 7 continents: North and South America, Europe, Africa, Australia and Asia. Dr. Riddle also has served as a reviewer of scientific articles and books chapters related to sports medicine and rehabilitation. He is also a Fellow of the International College of Chiropractors.
